Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking Naturally Unmarked for your private event. Please review our booking policies below to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Securing Your Date A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. Your date is not confirmed until both the deposit is received and a signed agreement is completed. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Thank you for your interest in booking Naturally Unmarked for your private event. Travel & Location Travel within the local area is included. Events outside of our standard service area may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed during booking. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate setup space. Event Requirements A minimum 6x6 ft space is required for setup. Access to the venue must be available at least 30–60 minutes prior to the event start time. If applicable, the client is responsible for providing parking or covering parking fees. Guest Count & Overage Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days before the event. Additional guests beyond the selected package will incur an additional fee per guest. We cannot guarantee service for unconfirmed guests. Setup & Timing Setup and breakdown time is included within your package unless otherwise discussed. Additional time beyond the booked hours will be charged at an hourly rate. Content & Media Naturally Unmarked may capture photos and videos during the event for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing prior to your event. Liability Naturally Unmarked is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Guests are encouraged to review ingredients prior to use. We are not liable for any damages to the venue unless caused by our direct negligence. Agreement By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all booking policies listed above. We are excited to bring a luxury self-care experience to your event ✨
